DANI ALKHΞMI website is owned by Aten Alkhemi, which is a data controller of your personal data.

We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which determines how we are processing the information collected by DANI ALKHΞMI, which also provides the reasons why we must collect certain personal data about you. Therefore, you must read this Privacy Policy before using DANI ALKHΞMI website.

We take care of your personal data and undertake to guarantee its confidentiality and security.

Personal information we collect:

When you visit the DANI ALKHΞMI, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.” Moreover, we might collect the personal data you provide to us (including but not limited to Name, Surname, Address, payment information, etc.) during registration to be able to fulfill the agreement. Information collected in our in-house Human Design application includes the aforementioned details, and also includes date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, all of which remain private and confidential and are not shared with or sold to any third parties.

Your Birth Data

When you use the Human Design calculator on this site, you will be asked to enter personal details including your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. We want you to know exactly how this information is handled.

Your birth data is not stored. The details you enter are used solely to perform your Human Design calculation within your current browser session. Once that session ends, the information is gone. It is not saved to any database, server, or file.

Your birth data is not accessible to us. We do not have access to the information you enter into the calculator. The calculation happens privately within your session and the input is not transmitted to or retained by us in any form.

Your birth data is not retrievable. Because nothing is stored, there is no way to retrieve your chart after your session ends — by you or by us. This is by design.

This calculator is a private, custom-built, in-house tool developed specifically for this purpose. It is not a third-party application. Your privacy was a core consideration in how it was built.

Tracking Technologies & Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (also known as the Facebook Pixel), a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. This tool collects data about your activity on our website — including pages visited, content viewed, and actions taken such as purchases — and shares this information with Meta for advertising optimization, retargeting, and analytics purposes. This means that if you interact with our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may match that activity to your visit on our site.

You can opt out of this tracking at any time via your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/settings, or by adjusting your cookie preferences using our cookie consent tool.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and analyze information about how visitors use this site, including pages visited, time spent on pages, and general geographic location. This information is used to help us understand how our website is being used and to improve your experience.

The data collected by Google Analytics is aggregated and does not personally identify you. For more information on how Google Analytics handles data, please visit google.com/policies/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit to this site in an anonymized form to help us understand which of our advertisements are most relevant. For more information on how Meta handles data, please visit facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Why do we process your data?

Our top priority is customer data security, and, as such, we may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that it would identify any particular user of the system.

You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information, by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual.
